Once at the end of Opinan there is a path that follows the coast round towards Greenstone Point, this will take about 1hr 30 mins to get to the Point, I tend not to take this route but to keep to the higher ground and keep a sort of straight line to the Point, this this takes about 1hr.
In Laide take the road round the back of the Post office/ shop, stay on that road 'till Mellon Udrigal and turn left at the bottom of the hill to Opinan, park to one side at the gravel quarry and walk to the end of the tarred road, turn left at the turning place and head for the small cairn at the top of the hill, keep heading for the higher ridges in the distance, this is over heathery moorland with no path. Hopefully you will be looking down on Dun Chairn, I tend to go round the side furthest from the sea ( south) and cross the small burn at the end of the loch on a large slab of rock, you can go round the top of the next loch, the burn coming out of it can be crossed on the stoney beach, there are 3 containers along the top of the shore heading south.
The 4th container is a bit of a walk south, it may take 20 mins to get to it once at the Point
On the return walk I tend to take the seaward ( north) side of Loch Dun Chairn, you can follow the faint quad tracks part of the way, but head for the higher ground eventually.
